Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All sales are final. At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.

However, defected items will be honoured up to 14 days from when the product was received. To return/exchange a defective item, please contact

Order Change Policy

Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.

Buyer’s Remorse

No refunds are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse. Do not email us the next day asking for a refund because you regret your purchase. All garment information is available on the product detail page. The onus is on the customer to research said garment materials, quality, texture, etc.

International Order
The prices we quote do not include any import/customs duties and tax charges applicable to your order. We are not responsible for any customs and/or duties & taxes applied to your order. You are personally responsible for paying these fees upon receipt or delivery of the order and are all dependent on the country you live in. Please check with your local Customs Department for more detailed information on how to estimate these additional charges.
